This presentation will discuss the therapies that have recently been marketed, or are in development in veterinary medicine, and are likely to be available in the next few years. I will review the mechanisms of action and the clinical efficacy, and discuss how these therapies will fit into our tool box and approach to canine and feline OA. The presentation will focus on the role of NGF and the potential for anti-NGF monoclonal antibodies.
